Position Specific Description Job Overview Employees in this job direct a team of maintenance specialists, technicians, engineers, and contractors involved in major maintenance activities or plant maintenance. Individuals in this position lead internal and external resources to Deliver Certainty for assigned major maintenance activities or plant maintenance to achieve objectives for: safety, environmental, quality, schedule, and cost compliance.
