Primary Purpose of Position: The Sr. Maintenance Technician will service, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment. The Sr. Maintenance Technician is expected to understand the needs of the manufacturing team and collaborate with them to achieve success. The Sr. Maintenance Technician will foster knowledge growth within the Maintenance Team. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Performs monthly preventative maintenance as directed by Supervisor. Performs repairs and general maintenance in all areas of manufacturing plant. Aids in upkeep of parts and supplies inventory. Observes plant safety rules. Helps to identify and eliminate any safety hazard or concern. Assists in monitoring of quality of work output and maintenance procedures.
