Quality Job Code: OPSMFDO104 Reports To: Quality Manager Department Name/Number: Quality/ 166529050Q Manager Approval: Quality Manager Next Level Approval: Director, Operations Updated: June 24, 2025 Shift: D (6PM-6AM) As a Quality Control Technician in the CCS Division, located in Winchester, VA you will ensure products meet the highest standards of quality by testing, sorting, sampling, and weighing raw material or processed machined, fabricated or assembled parts and by inspecting products for defects, wear, and deviations from specifications. Quality technicians help support the manufacturing process by documenting all quality issues and tracking and adjusting the inventory systems. This position requires ability to read and understand blueprints, technical drawings, and product specifications worksheets to measure and test the quality of products with little to no supervision. Responsibilities: Inspect, test or measure products, installations, or work for conformance to specifications Notify production supervisors and other personnel of production problems, and assist in identifying and correcting the issue Examine work orders and converse with equipment operators and maintenance technicians to ascertain whether mechanical or human errors contributed to quality Assist and facilitate rework activities Maintain a safe and accident-free environment by adhering to safet
