Key Responsibilities (40%) Equipment Implementation & Injection Molding Process Improvement • Lead the implementation of new and replacement equipment, including robotics, conveyors, and assembly systems • Own troubleshooting and resolution of complex manufacturing issues, with a focus on injection molding processes and tooling performance • Evaluate and improve molding processes, tooling, materials, and plant layouts •
