Job Summary: The Category Advisor will act as Walmart's category expert by providing best in class category & shopper insights and actionable go-to-market recommendations. They will work closely with the Walmart merchant team to develop and grow total category sales by analyzing various data sources, identifying business insights, and recommending solutions. This position works as a strategic thought leader, imparting knowledge of the category and shopper to drive profitable business results. Responsibilities: Act as the subject matter expert for the category to Walmart by providing thought leadership guidance and recommendations Serve as an expert on the use of syndicated data and shopper data to assist Walmart in making well informed decisions and identify category growth opportunities. Generate weekly, monthly, seasonal, and ad hoc reporting to provide actionable insights that drive category growth. Own the annual relay process
