The 2007 acquisition of Boston-based Brine Sporting Goods further established Warrior Sports as the dominant force in the lacrosse and hockey world. Join our team as a Machine Operator/Assembler. You'll be responsible for assembling and testing parts, operating injection molding presses, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, manufacturing experience, and strong communication skills. Familiarity with 5S and Lean manufacturing systems is a plus. Trim, pack, and check for defects (e.g., burns, flash, color issues). Keep accurate records of production, scrap, and downtime. Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all safety policies. Be flexible to learn multiple machines and tasks. Work as part of a team and follow written/verbal instructions. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications : High school diploma. Manufacturing experience (injection molding preferred). Ability to learn and handle multiple roles. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Familiarity with 5S and Lean principles (preferred). Good hand-eye coordination
