About the Role As Adv Makeup Coordinator reporting to the Director of Ad Layout, you will assist in executing the layout details while remaining organized and responsive to production timelines. You will leverage existing tools while continuously refining processes for maximum efficiency and effectiveness. Our mission is to have close collaboration both with all our internal partners. In your role, you will lead by example, create positive working relationships and act as a creative thought-partner. Responsibilities: - You will work on the layout of various sections in accordance with New York Times' policies and procedures - You will work in partnership on redesign of existing sections. - Print product layout responsibilities including all NYT and INYT newspaper sections along with NYT Magazine and T Magazine. - Provide correct setup of print campaigns, with recommendations. - Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends - Use collaboration workflow tools to measure work Qualifications:
