Within our Ads business, the Market Activation team's goal is to ensure our commercial teams are exceptionally prepared and positioned to succeed by setting the standard for go-to-market readiness and launch execution for both Content and Ad solutions. We are seeking a Senior Manager, Global Ads Curriculum will lead the strategy, design & development of scalable global learning and enablement programs for Netflix Ads. This role will oversee a team of curriculum designers and be responsible for building best-in-class training across product knowledge, sales skills, tools, and workflows. You and your team will create central core assets that regional enablement leads adapt, localize, and facilitate for their markets.You will play a critical role in ensuring our commercial teams are equipped to successfully sell, activate, and scale Netflix Ads solutions globally.
