The Partner Test Tech team is responsible for ensuring a high-quality Netflix experience on smart TVs and set-top devices. We achieve this by building and maintaining device automation and infrastructure. We measure our effectiveness by leveraging real-time metrics and alerts to gain insight. Who you are You have experience working with and troubleshooting consumer electronic devices You have strong coding skills in JavaScript / TypeScript or Python and experience with automation frameworks You are AI-native and use it to drive improvements and efficiency You take ownership of projects to drive them with minimal direction and prioritize appropriately You have empathy for the developer experience and seek out areas to improve developer productivity You have implemented CI/CD systems and operated production services You work seamlessly with cross-functional teams to drive projects You have a growth mindset - you don't need to know everything, but are eager to learn anything What you will do Improve the developer experience and change-velocity in JavaScript repositories. Drive stability across a fleet of in-house CE devices Gather and analyze metrics in collaboration with internal teams
