We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sr. Supplier Operations Specialist to join our global Supplier Management Operations team to lead operational goals and support operational excellence for the United States and Canada (UCAN) region. The ideal candidate will drive innovation by designing and optimizing supplier management workflows, spearheading cross-functional projects, and leveraging AI technologies and intelligent agents to deliver measurable efficiencies. This role will be responsible for troubleshooting system issues and resolving user inquiries, while also serving as a key partner to lead UCAN compliance projects, optimize supplier workflows, and manage stakeholder relationships in the UCAN region. Additionally, the role will drive supplier risk mitigation by overseeing incident reporting and conducting risk assessments to evaluate supplier health and financial impact. This role will be based in Los Angeles and report to the Manager, Supplier Operations. The primary responsibilities of the UCAN role will be: Supplier Workflow Operations Apply advanced knowledge of supplier onboarding and maintenance requirements, including banking and tax information, in order to perform and optimize supplier related tasks.
