We are looking for an accomplished Studio Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at Netflix Studios Fort Monmouth, our new East Coast flagship hub. This role offers a unique opportunity to join Netflix as we continue to redefine global entertainment and share compelling stories with audiences worldwide. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Team Leadership : Develop and guide a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of effective leadership and support. Studio Operations Management : Manage the day-to-day studio operations, creating, implementing, and optimizing standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance productivity and streamline workflows. Cost : Exercise control over costs while boosting productivity across the operations. Budgeting : Develop and oversee budgets, monitor expenditures, and identify opportunities for cost savings through strategic project planning and execution. Stakeholder Engagement : Cultivate strong relationships with local officials, key production personnel, vendors, and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations. Event Coordination: Assist in organizing site visits, tours, industry events, and community-related projects to promote engagement and collaboration.
