About this role
Manager, Production Management, DACH Berlin,Germany Netflix is one of the world's leading entertainment services, with over 300 million paid memberships in over 190 countries enjoying TV series, films and games across a wide variety of genres and languages. Members can play, pause and resume watching as much as they want, anytime, anywhere, and can change their plans at any time. We are seeking a Production Executive to oversee Netflix's fiction content (Series & Film) for the DACH region. This is a permanent position reporting to the Director, Head of Production - DACH. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Netflix's external partners (such as creative talent, vendors and producers) and internal cross-functional teams in Germany and across EMEA. The team and role are based in Berlin, Germany, and we expect meaningful in‑person collaboration in the office. You will manage multiple projects in different stages of development and production, partner with Creative Executives during development, review and refine production plans and budgets, build and support local production relationships, and contribute to improving industry best practices from pre‑production through delivery. This role involves managing a broad range of responsibilities with a strong emphasis on organization, prioritization, and effective collaboration across teams.
