Manager, Physical Security Mumbai,India Netflix is one of the world's leading entertainment services, with over 300 million paid memberships in over 190 countries enjoying TV series, films and games across a wide variety of genres and languages. Members can play, pause and resume watching as much as they want, anytime, anywhere, and can change their plans at any time. We are seeking an experienced Physical Security Manager to support our APAC Enterprise Security team. This position will be responsible for all physical security operations for our offices in India. This Mumbai based role will report to the APAC Enterprise Security Leader, based in Singapore. You will be responsible for building and maintaining our physical risk and security capabilities, keeping our people safe as well as optimizing preparedness and response to incidents. You will drive the implementation, development and deployment of a comprehensive physical security program, fostering collaborative relationships with Workplace, Content Risk Management, Talent, Legal, Comms and our GSOC amongst other cross-functional partners including the India Leadership Team. You're a thoughtful and tenured security expert with experience in developing regional corporate security requirements in a multinational company with a strong understanding of the local political landscape. You understand that legacy, process or best practice security solutions are not what will make you successful.
