The Opportunity We are looking for candidates to be a part of a team that focuses on diverse audiences within the publicity organization at Netflix. The role will help devise and execute tailored, culturally relevant and innovative campaigns that help shape the perception of our original films, series, kids & family, documentary, and live content. The ideal candidate will have deep entertainment experience, strong industry relationships, along with a love of community, and a great storyteller. They know how to strategically engage Multicultural audiences through publicity, marketing, content creator, grassroots strategies and various event efforts. This is a very hands-on role that requires extensive knowledge of the press and cultural landscape, passionate about diverse content and understanding how audiences consume entertainment news across traditional and emerging social platforms. The role requires a seasoned publicity candidate who is results-oriented, as well as a clear and concise communicator.
