Manager, Launch Operations Mumbai,India Netflix is one of the world's leading entertainment services, with over 300 million paid memberships in over 190 countries enjoying TV series, films and games across a wide variety of genres and languages. Members can play, pause and resume watching as much as they want, anytime, anywhere, and can change their plans at any time. The Role We are looking for a leader to lead a team of project managers and coordinators responsible for launching Netflix titles. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Launch Operations, this role will focus on driving operational excellence, improving launch quality, and elevating the team's skill sets and approach to their work. As a leader in the India team, you will oversee highly complex launches across a diverse slate of content in EMEA and APAC. You will also chart the path to launch some of the new content types that Netflix is expanding to in these regions. You will build and scale best-in-class operational strategies while partnering with key cross-functional teams to refine workflows, engagement models and improve quality and efficiency. This is an opportunity to lead and mentor a tenured team, developing their expertise in launch execution, stakeholder management, and problem-solving.
