The Member Experience Data Science and Engineering team is at the forefront of driving innovations in Netflix's core product experience within our streaming and new business domains through data. The team collaborates extensively with Product and Engineering teams to identify, incubate and enable product innovations leveraging robust measurement techniques (analytics, experimentation, modeling) and scalable tooling. We are looking for an exceptional leader to manage a team of data scientists and analytics engineers to guide our approach to innovation on TV and interactive discovery (e.g., Search). This role works highly cross-functionally amidst a complex stakeholder landscape across Product Management, Consumer Insights, Engineering, and Design. A strong candidate for this role is able to inform decision making using data and exceptional judgment, possesses excellent communication and collaboration skills, and is a strong, seasoned people leader who can effectively guide a talented team.
