We are seeking an accomplished Client Services Manager to oversee production needs at Netflix Studios Fort Monmouth, our new East Coast flagship hub. This role offers a unique opportunity to join Netflix as we continue to redefine global entertainment and share compelling stories with audiences worldwide. The Role A successful candidate will be passionate, self-motivated, proactive, a strategic thinker, flexible, able to pivot when necessary, thorough, and able to juggle multiple, diverse responsibilities with a strong emphasis on organization and unwavering attention to detail at all times. This is a demanding, fast-moving position that requires someone who is a people manager, a proactive and positive thinker, and able to exercise sound judgment and communication skills. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Serve as the main point of contact for the day-to-day operational needs of productions, ensuring operational and customer service excellence. Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding processes for productions to ensure a smooth and efficient experience. Collaborate with Production Services and cross-functional teams to align production activities and ensure cohesive operations.
