As a Language Producer, you will help ensure that members experience the highest quality localized assets, preserving creative intent and enhancing the localized experience for viewers everywhere. With Netflix's global reach and evolving entertainment footprint, world-class localization support for new languages and content genres is essential to our success, making this an exciting time to join the company. This will be a 12month FTC. The Role The Language Producer is an advocate for language quality, creative consistency, and cultural authenticity across localized Netflix content in their assigned language(s). This role oversees the end-to-end creative and linguistic aspects of dubbing, subtitling, main/episodic titles, accessibility, and marketing assets, serving as a key point of contact for language-specific localization efforts. Approximately 40% of the role is dedicated to direct title and project coverage-supporting long-form project progress, creative strategy and quality review, and the launch of localized assets-while the remaining 60% focuses on strategic market and talent development, including workflow innovation, vendor management, and building a robust talent pipeline.
