Netflix is seeking a Manager to join the Games Content Acquisition & Licensing team, focused on delivering the business development and partnership strategy for our external development ecosystem. This is a high-impact role responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and executing deals that expand our games portfolio through world-class external partners. The ideal candidate's core focus will be structuring and driving co-development and work-for-hire partnerships, supported by strong deal making instincts and a deep understanding of the game development landscape. They should be skilled at matching the right external teams to the right internal opportunities, and ideally bring a genuine passion for indie game development and a sharp eye for emerging talent. This role is critical to helping Netflix Games scale with quality and creative integrity. Responsibilities Evaluate, negotiate, and close key co-development and work-for-hire partnerships across cloud streaming and mobile games that help grow the footprint of Netflix Games with creators and developers of all sizes.
