As a Franchise Planning Manager at Netflix Games, you will play a key role in shaping how some of Netflix's most important IPs show up across games and interactive experiences. You'll operate at the portfolio level, organizing, aligning, and connecting the many opportunities for our IPs across Netflix Games. You will work across multiple flagship IPs, partnering with Game Teams, Franchise/Brand, Licensing, Transmedia and other cross-functional groups. Your focus is on orchestrating the bigger picture: where and how each franchise appears in games, how those experiences fit together, and how they complement what's happening in series, films, and other member touchpoints. You'll sit within the Portfolio Production & Operations organization on the Portfolio Management Team , serving as a lead hub for cross-functional coordination, visibility, and long-term franchise planning for games. Key Responsibilities Franchise Vision & Portfolio Mapping Partner with Franchise/Brand Leads to understand the long-term vision for each franchise and map the games portfolio to that vision, clarifying how each game fits and supports the franchise over time.
