In this impactful role within our Finance Program Management Office (PMO), you will drive the planning and execution of cross-Finance process, technology, and data programs to optimize efficiency, insights, and growth for our Finance organization. You will handle the business side of multiple projects and interact with multidisciplinary, cross-cultural teams at all seniority levels, including leadership. A successful candidate will be able to quickly understand the business and must have excellent communication skills, with strong experience in leading complex projects in a global environment. In addition to leading complex initiatives in support of our Finance transformation journey, you will help establish project management guidelines and practices to ensure effective, efficient, high-quality delivery that consistently meets or exceeds the expectations of the business. You are a self‑starter who takes ownership in ambiguous situations, helping to shape direction and bring structure when the path forward is not yet clear.
