As part of the Messaging organization, the Lifecycle Messaging Experiences Team builds and evolves the experiences that help members discover new content and features on & off product to drive discovery, engagement, retention, and revenue. We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the Lifecycle Messaging Experiences team. This team partners closely with Product, Design, Algos and Data Science to drive experimentation and launch of messaging experiences. What You'll Do: Lead and grow a high-performing team of engineers building member-facing messaging experiences across multiple channels and surfaces. Drive end-to-end ownership of lifecycle messaging experiences from ideation and experimentation to production scale and continuous optimization. Partner deeply with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Algos and Data Science) to define strategy, prioritize opportunities, and deliver high-impact experiences.
