As a Director, HRBP at Netflix, your role is to provide guidance, coaching, and thought partnership on a range of people topics to the Chairman of Netflix Film and their leadership team. This person will contribute to and support the delivery of a cohesive talent strategy and vision for the team, develop many of the key building blocks, and continue to iterate and evolve our talent practices over time. The Director, HRBP will play a role in organization design, compensation, employee development, talent density, and inclusion. Experience supporting Film teams as an HRBP is required.
