This role oversees a complex, cross-functional portfolio of programs and projects critical to the organization's strategic goals, with a special focus on the operationalization of Netflix studio products. The Director, Global Program Management provides leadership, ensures alignment across teams, and drives operational excellence through efficient and effective program management. This role blends strategic thinking, people management, and project delivery expertise. Responsibilities: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of all programs and projects within the portfolio Partner with Product & Tech organizations and oversee the operationalization of Netflix studio products to Content Production teams Partner with Production Solutions organizations to inform global planning with regional perspectives, and to enable regional execution of global initiatives Connect the Content Operations & Innovation organization with regional Production Solutions when initiatives or interests span both cohorts Partner with Production Solutions organizations to inform global planning with regional perspectives, and enable regional execution of global initiatives Align portfolio with organization's goals and priorities to directly contribute to Content Production success Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks across the portfolio to ensure successful delivery and minimal
