Position Summary As a Vice President of Safety, Health, and Environmental (SH&E), you will develop and lead strategy implementation of our “Zero Harm Journey”. This role will see you directing the design, development, and implementation of corporate environmental safety policies, standards, and programs that enable compliance while allowing corporate groups, businesses, and categories to meet their business needs and goals. While doing so, you will maintain third party relations with key federal, state, and local leaders, legislators, regulators, and organizations. As the corporate leader of SH&E, this role will sit locally in our St. Louis corporate headquarters. Serve as a liaison with Nestlé Zone Americas Safety Leadership, coordinating any communication, initiatives, and programs with and from these groups.
