We are now looking for a Team Leader Outbound (Warehouse) to be based in Bellville DC Cape Town . The successful candidate will be responsible for managing designated teams within the Distribution Center (DC). They will ensure that all customer deliveries are accurately picked, staged, and dispatched on time to meet key performance indicators (KPIs), such as On-Time In-Full (OTIF) delivery, customer order fulfillment, safety and governance adherence, and overall customer satisfaction. The candidate will be expected to drive a culture of accelerated performance while excelling in compliance and contributing to the achievement of departmental KPIs. This role will require high-level problem-solving skills utilizing SDCA (Standardize-Do-Check-Act) and PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) tools, along with a strong understand
