This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence and ensuring success across Nestlé's e-retailer platforms globally. The successful candidate will manage team members and workstreams, optimize product content, and oversee processes from publishing to point-of-purchase for e-retailers, ensuring the highest standards of the digital shelf. Key Responsibilities Operational Excellence: Oversee and optimize processes across content syndication, aggregation, e-retailer monitoring, and Amazon back office, ensuring consistency and quality across all subfunctions. Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Digital Commerce Specialists, fostering collaboration, continuous learning, and performance excellence. Digital Shelf Management: Utilize tools such as Salsify, Product Data Hub (PDH), NielsenIQ Digital Shelf, and Amazon Vendor Central to monitor and enhance digital shelf performance. Project Management: Drive large-scale digital commerce initiatives, including market onboarding, tool transitions, and implementation of new services.
