Role Purpose Germany represents Neko's next international market, with launch planned for 2027. As Medical Director in Germany, you will be the most senior clinical leader for this expansion - building Neko's clinical presence from the ground up in one of Europe's most important and complex healthcare markets. You are responsible for navigating the regulatory pathway, building strong clinical teams, and ensuring that everything Neko delivers in Germany meets the same standard of quality and member experience that defines us globally. You will report to the Medical Director, Europe and work closely with the international medical leadership team.
