Role Purpose As Director of Financial Control, you will play a central role in building and scaling Neko Health's global financial control environment during a period of rapid international expansion. Working closely with the CFO and senior finance leadership, you will ensure the company maintains a robust, scalable accounting and control framework capable of supporting a complex international structure and future public-market readiness. Your work will strengthen the financial backbone of the company, enabling accurate reporting, strong governance, and financial transparency as Neko continues to grow globally. This role combines deep technical accounting expertise with the opportunity to build processes, systems, and teams that support a fast-scaling healthcare and technology organization.
