Cardiologist Remote, United States Mission Neko is redefining what prevention means, from treating illness when it arrives, to sustaining health before it's ever at risk. Role Purpose This is a clinical role at the center of Neko's cardiology pathway. Every member who receives an abnormal cardiovascular finding from their Neko scan - including flagged EKGs, vascular assessments, and echocardiograms - will be reviewed, interpreted, and triaged by this clinician. You will determine whether findings can be reassured and discharged, monitored at the next annual scan, or require referral to a community cardiologist. You will not be managing ongoing cardiology care or initiating treatment for complex cardiovascular disease - those cases go directly to a community cardiologist. You will be the clinical authority on whether a finding is actionable, and the person responsible for ensuring the right members reach the right specialist without delay.
