About this role

Operations Analyst Singapore Summary of Role The Neuberger Singapore Middle Office team is responsible for a wide range of processes that include (but not limited too), Cash and Position Reconciliation, break resolution, trade life cycle management, broker onboarding, new product onboarding, client onboarding and any other related tasks that come up on an ad hoc basis. The candidate needs to be able to work well independently or as a team, work under pressure and be able to prioritize based on deadlines, risk product and account location. The position we currently have open is reconciliation based and centralize the Fixed Income / Equity cash and position reconciliation and break resolution processes in a single location, i.e. Singapore. Key roles and responsibilities of this job: Responsibilities: Manual booking of all required cash entries to our Portfolio management system (Aladdin). Said entries could include fees, interest, tax, STIF, client flows, etc. Daily reconciliation of all cash transactions and balances for the previous business day and the Publishing of Tradable cash balances post reconciliation for all currencies across all Equity/Fixed Income accounts. Assignment of breaks to the required Global Middle Office teams for review and ultimately, resolution. Active break management by following up with the Global teams by highlight high- risk breaks, long standing issues, etc. that require urgent attention. Ongoing monitoring for trends and issues that need attention with the view to drilldown and find practical solutions to remedy possible issues.
