Senior Developer II - Full Stack C#, Private Wealth Technology New York, NY Senior Full-Stack Developer (.NET/C#) | Private Wealth Technology The Private Wealth Technology team supports Neuberger's Private Wealth business, with a focus on exceptional advisor and client experiences. We're seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer (.NET/C#) to design, build, and operate scalable, high-performance applications and integrations across multiple wealth-management data domains. This role requires strong engineering fundamentals, deep SQL/data skills, and the ability to work autonomously-driving delivery from requirements through production release and ongoing support. What You'll Own Design, build, and maintain internal applications and integrations with third-party platforms across the Microsoft technology stack. Partner with Business and Operations stakeholders to gather requirements, document them clearly, and produce technical designs/specifications. Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code; contribute to team standards through code reviews, patterns, and documentation. Deliver end-to-end through the SDLC: design, development, testing coordination, release/deployment, and post-release validation. Diagnose and resolve escalated production issues; improve reliability via monitoring, performance tuning, and root-cause remediation. Contribute to platform modernization initiatives (e.g., upgrades, migrations, infrastructure improvements). Manage multiple workstreams (new features, integrations, maintenance) by prioritizing effectively and communicating trade-offs. Collaborate with engineers across the organization; participate in technical discussions to drive the best solution. Proactively identify and drive improvements in performance, scalability, resiliency, and developer productivity. Mentor junior developers through pairing, reviews, and technical guidance. Required Qualifications: 6+ years of professional software development experience and a BS/MS in Computer Science (or related discipline) or equivalent practical experience.
