Job Description: Maternity Leave position - contract until August 2027 Work from our Brisbane City or Gold Coast campus The Domestic Student Recruitment Manager leads Griffith College's operations, and performance for the recruitment of Domestic (Australian) students across both the Brisbane and Gold Coast campuses. The role is responsible for driving enrolment growth through effective lead generation, relationship management, conversion, and retention activities, while ensuring full compliance with all legislative, regulatory, and institutional requirements governing higher education student recruitment. The position maintains high-value relationships with Tertiary Admissions Centres (TACs), secondary schools, partner university teams and community stakeholders. It also oversees the end-to-end domestic admissions pipeline, ensuring efficient workflows, accurate decision-making, and a high-quality experience for prospective students. Qualifications: Essential: Undergraduate degree and a minimum two years' experience in sales, recruitment or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience Demonstratec success achieving sales or recruitment targets in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
