The role As a full-time (FTE) / dedicated Ford of Canada Communications team member, through NATIONAL Public Relations, the Senior Communications Specialist role will contribute to Ford's transformation and the company's future vision. This position is project-oriented and will challenge you to demonstrate strategic thinking, business acumen and technical skills. Key responsibilities Planning and execution for internal employee communications, inclusive of: monthly employee town halls and related internal communications activities. executive communications materials, including key messages, speaking notes and presentation content. internal stakeholder events and employee engagement initiatives across the Canadian organization. content development and storytelling / story-mining - internal and external audiences. Enterprise Storytelling, inclusive of: Ford Model e Communications - focused on shaping the future of EVs. Ford Blue Communications - focused on iconic ICE (internal combustion engine) vehicles.
