Safety Manager Miami, FL, USA Safety Manager Miami, FL, USA Posted Monday, May 18, 2026 JOB OVERVIEW:The Safety Manager will assist in the oversight of the safety management systems within the organization to identify and act on continuous improvement opportunities to achieve and maintain regulatory compliance, accident prevention and safety excellence. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Complete site inspections at all company operations to ensure compliance with applicable Local, State and Federal regulations including OSHA, DOT, EPA and industry best practices for Loss Control, Security and Property Loss Prevention. 2. Assist in the development and implementation of safety policies and procedures in the workplace to maintain a strong safety culture. 3. Participate in safety committee meetings and conduct presentations for health and safety matters and accident prevention.4. Monitor compliance at each operation and make the appropriate adjustments as necessary to meet or exceed goals and objectives.5. Investigate accidents, incidents or near-misses to identify contributing factors and implement corrective action.6. Recommend solutions to safety issues, improvement opportunities or new prevention measures.7. Monitor for any applicable regulatory updates/changes that would impact our company and communicate to all locations.8. Collect updated information from all locations to develop and communicate internal safety summary reports for management to review.9. Partnership with Operations, Quality, Legal and Human Resources. 10. Maintain safety files and records in accordance with company and/or regulatory retention requirements. 11.
