Logistics Coordinator Gainesville, GA, USA Logistics Coordinator Gainesville, GA, USA Posted Wednesday, June 10, 2026 JOB OVERVIEW: The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for supporting the logistics process, which includes entire life cycle of specific products(s). This position will maintain the systems that facilitate the acquisition, distribution, allocation, delivery and resource disposal of the Company's products. This position reports to the Senior Logistics Manager. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND REPSONSIBILITIES:1. Coordinate with customers, Shasta associates and freight carriers to arrange the pickup of products for delivery.2. Track the delivery progress of products and communicate with carriers and customers to ensure successful shipments.3. Troubleshoot problems associated with delivery schedules and damaged products during the shipping process.4. Utilize Logistics systems, TMS, Routing Guide, APPX to manage customer order deliveries.5. Maintain business relationships and open lines of communication with each customer's key personnel involved in or directly relevant to a shipment. 6. Develop an understanding of customers' shipping requirements and take actions to ensure that expectations are met.7. Cross train on each logistics function within the Logistics Department.8. Other duties as assigned by the Logistics Manager. LANGUAGE SKILLS:Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common information, reports and other documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or company representatives. Ability to effectively present information to management.
