Job Description: Conceptualize and execute visually compelling designs across print and digital platforms, including POS materials, sell sheets, advertisements, brochures, packaging, promotional collateral, and oversized event assets (vehicle wraps, tents, coolers, and branded event materials). Collaborate with cross-functional teams-including marketing, social media, sales, trade, and events-to deliver cohesive, innovative design solutions that elevate the brand and enhance consumer experience. Partner with professional sports organizations (e.g., Kansas City Current, Florida Panthers, Gotham, San Diego Wave) to develop co-branded marketing materials that maintain brand standards while driving visibility and engagement. Develop and maintain corporate brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all internal and external assets. Design merchandise, trade materials, seasonal POS, and promotional tools supporting product launches, partnerships, and sales initiatives. Execute typography, composition, and layout-driven projects with precision, ensuring clarity, visual impact, and print production accuracy through close collaboration with vendors.
