About this role
Technical Program Manager Greece Mysten Labs believes that decentralized and open protocols are the bedrock of the internet of value. This is why at Mysten Labs, we are creating foundational infrastructure to accelerate the adoption of decentralized protocols based on blockchain technologies. The Solutions Engineering team at Mysten Labs is seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive the planning, organization, and execution of product and partner initiatives. You will collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery while improving efficiency, productivity, transparency, and clarity across programs. You will play a key role in fostering continuous improvement, not only within your projects but across the broader Solutions Engineering organization. This position spans two key domains: partner initiatives across multiple verticals (DeFi, Gaming, Commerce, Payments, and more) and internal product development within Mysten Labs' business units. You will be embedded in cross-functional teams, ensuring that both external engagements and internal initiatives are delivered with structure, predictability, and measurable impact. You will also enable a diverse set of developers and partners to build the foundations of the decentralized future, accelerating the adoption of web3. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in high-impact, complex, and multi-disciplinary programs.
