About this role
Senior Product Designer, Growth (Upper Funnel) Canada Remote ABOUT THE TEAM At Mural, we're reimagining how teams think and create together. The Design and Research team brings clarity to complexity, shaping experiences that help people collaborate, ideate, and solve problems visually. We partner deeply with engineering, product, and research to invent the next generation of collaborative work combining craft, systems thinking, and bold exploration. YOUR MISSION As a Senior Product Designer focused on product-led growth and discovery, you'll design the entry points and journeys that help users understand Mural's value from their first interaction inside the application. You'll work on discovery surfaces, sign-up and single-click identity flows, onboarding experiences, and goal-oriented paths that connect intent to outcomes. This role is deeply application-focused. You will not design marketing pages. Instead, you'll shape how users arrive in the product, connect to a value proposition, choose how to sign up, and move through onboarding with clarity and momentum. You'll carry the original discovery message through identity, setup, and first success, ensuring continuity and reducing friction at every step. You'll be successful if you enjoy designing systems that learn, adapt, and improve through experimentation, and if you think in terms of journeys rather than screens. WHAT YOU'LL DO Player Responsibilities (Individual Contributor Work): - Design in-product discovery surfaces that introduce users to Mural's value and guide them toward meaningful starting points. - Collaborate with IAM to design growth-oriented sign-up and identity flows that support multiple one-click OAuth and IAM options, balancing speed, trust, and
