The Shipping & Receiving Associate will play a key role in coordinating domestic and international shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring customer-specific shipping requirements are met. Key Responsibilities Create and maintain Bills of Lading (BOLs), Bills of Materials (BOMs), packing lists, and other shipping documentation. Coordinate Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) shipments and schedule carrier pickups. Process shipments through FedEx, UPS, and other transportation providers. Communicate effectively with carriers, customers, suppliers, and internal departments regarding shipment status and logistics needs. Prepare and verify all shipping documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with customer requirements. Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and shipments. Load and unload materials safely using warehouse equipment. Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory management activities.
