Position The Inside Sales Associate will play an integral role interacting with customers and driving company sales. The successful candidate will handle the following responsibilities: Interact with existing customers and outside sales agents to manage/develop relationships and source new sales opportunities. Provide price quotes, product information, production scheduling and shipping information to customers. Coordinate with production to determine shipping schedule. Interface with outbound freight companies to ensure seamless delivery of products. Monitor and update customer price sheets. Compile and distribute sales reports.
