Sourcing Specialist Shenzhen Shi, Guangdong Sheng, China Company Description: Movley helps brands and sellers build products overseas. We connect them to suppliers in China, manage relationships, and help them optimize their supply-chains as they grow. Job Description: We're excited to annoucne the hiring of a new sourcing specialist in our Nanshan, Shenzhen offices. Clients come to us with product ideas and specifications, we take these concepts to a reality. Sourcing is an integral to this process. Your job will be to connect our clients to the best suppliers for their respective products & production volumes, and vet them extensively through off-site questionaires. What you'll be doing: Identifying and vetting suppliers for given product lines in the Guangdong region Product research in a wide variety of industries to lightly understand production lines and potential product defects Closely cooperating with clients to request samples from and screen vendors Analyze components and carry out comprehensive price negotations Develop and manage relationships from sample to mass production Cooperate with client-side R&D, Quality, and manufacturing planning when required Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience managing factories Strong English written communications, and strong verbal/written Chinese communication Demonstrated knowledge of gloal sourcing High adaptability to different environments and processes Excellent negotiating skills Additional Information: All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
