Join our Partnerships team as a Partnerships Manager (f/m/d). You will play a pivotal role in cultivating long-term relationships with partners and in expanding the channels through which we excite our potential customers for Moss. Through the cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders and leveraging your expertise, you will be a key pillar in Moss' journey to become the European market leader in spend management. Your responsibilities Here's a bit more on what you can expect to be doing day-to-day: - Partner Identification & Assessment - Identify potential partnership opportunities that align with Moss' strategic goals and target markets. Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the suitability and potential value of prospective partners. - Relationship Building - Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing and potential partners. Establish rapport, engage in effective communication, and maintain regular contact to foster strong, mutually beneficial partnerships. - Negotiation & Agreement - Lead negotiations with partners to create and finalize agreements, ensuring that commercial terms are beneficial. Collaborate closely with legal and executive teams to ensure contract compliance and risk mitigation.
