About the Role Morning Consult is hiring a Director, Growth Marketing to build and own the engine that converts our brand authority and content output into qualified pipeline. This is a foundational role on a newly structured marketing team led by our Chief Growth Officer, and it is the first dedicated Growth Marketing hire at the company. The right candidate is deeply hands-on - someone who has personally run paid campaigns, built attribution models, and tuned conversion funnels, not just managed teams that do.
