A Day in the Life: In the position of Maint Mechanic I, you will be responsible for preventative maintenance, installation, troubleshooting, and repairs on all production equipment to ensure equipment is consistently operating at full functionality to minimize downtime and to maximize production efficiencies. The Impact You'll Make: - Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment/systems supporting the distribution or utilization of electric energy. Follow design, build, install instructions for the repair of equipment to include transformers, switchboards, controllers, circuit breakers, power panels, motors, heating units, conduit/raceway conveyances, other transmission equipment, and mechanical, pneumatic, control, process, and automation systems. - Locate, diagnose , troubleshoot, repair all systems and equipment as directed and required. Follow and maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP). - Maintain accurate recordkeeping of all ancillary machines and production equipment utilizing Computerized Maintenance Management Software (CMMS).
