A Day in the Life: In the position of Forklift Driver you will be Responsible for preparing and shipping outgoing shipments. Organize inventory for easy retrieval as new orders come in, review outgoing shipment schedules to maintain productive operations, and document damages to inventory. Place raw materials or products into manufacturing machines to aid the assembly process, pack finished products and organize them for shipments, and complete checks on equipment and products to ensure quality production. The Impact You'll Make: - Schedule shipments and plan logistics to ensure there is sufficient storage space for incoming production items. Use a Radio Frequency (RF) scanner to pick orders from inventory locations and keep up with production pace to pick a standard number of items per hour. Check, verify, and fill customer orders.
