You'll uncover and activate regional marketing opportunities that fuel brand loyalty and drive Monster's presence across the distributor network. You'll lead a high‑performing team of Commercial Managers focused on planning, tracking, communication, and performance score‑carding. Working closely with distributor commercial and strategy teams, you'll drive forecasting, build sales programs, and run a disciplined stewardship cadence that ensures Monster shows up strong and wins in the market. The Impact You'll Make: - Internal and external cross-functional collaboration and navigation, including capability building and data analytics - Planning and programming adjustments aligned to budget goals. Influence the design and development of local Point of Sale materials and implement channel messaging guidelines in plans - Forecasting of shipments, innovation and distributor inventory - Lead forced / auto-ship
