Director Distribution Engineering & Systems United States A Day in the Life: In the position of Director, Distribution Engineering & Systems, you will direct and implement operational strategies, business processes, and systems for overall distribution. Leverage industrial engineering principles and end-to-end supply chain management software to design optimized workflows and develop long-term strategies. Utilize SAP S/4 HANA environments, complex data modeling, and advanced analytical tools to support critical business decision-making and maintain high standards for productivity, safety, and compliance. The Impact You'll Make: - Expertly manage end-to-end supply chain management software to ensure seamless coordination across the entire distribution network. - Oversee and optimize distribution operations within SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) and SAP TM (Transportation Management) to ensure seamless end-to-end supply chain execution. - Design and implement optimized warehouse process workflows using Industrial Engineering methodologies to improve day-to-day operations and reduce waste. - Build and maintain dynamic tools and complex data models to handle large datasets, providing the insights necessary to support high-level business decision-making. - Perform advanced warehouse productivity analysis to identify inefficiencies and execute significant improvements to systems and products. - Utilize Power BI and Advanced Excel to build dashboards and automated reporting tools that monitor operations, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and performance targets for all shipping locations. - Maintain responsibility and manage all aspects of people management, fostering a culture of collaboration Who You Are: - Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of -- Supply Chain Operations, Warehouse Operations, or a related field. - Additional
