The Impact You'll Make: - Oversee and handle all associated details of assigned vendor accounts. - Reconcile statements utilizing Excel skills - Understand requirements for international, overseas shipments, and business practices - Clarify any questionable invoice items, prices, or receiving signatures; obtains proper information and/or data regarding invoice payments. - Validate vendor, verify all addresses, Country and/or Federal ID numbers of vendors if available - Responsible for general ledger coding invoices, receipt of goods/receipt of invoice, month end closing procedures, open/stamp mail, escheatment -
