About this role
Project Manager, Office of CFO Austin The Office of the CFO at MongoDB is a small, high-impact team that drives operational excellence and strategic execution across the FinOps organization. We manage the operating rhythm for FinOps leadership, track performance against annual objectives, and serve as the connective tissue between Finance and the rest of the business. As a Project Manager, Office of the CFO, you will be part of the operational backbone of this team. Reporting to the Chief of Staff to the CFO, you will drive content development for leadership meetings and presentations, manage cross-functional projects, and keep the FinOps organization running on rhythm. You will be in the room for key leadership discussions and will have regular exposure to MongoDB's CFO and his direct reports. This role is ideal for someone who is execution-oriented, thrives in fast-paced environments with competing priorities, and takes pride in turning ambiguity into structure. You don't need to have all the answers - but you need to be the kind of person who figures things out, moves fast, and never drops a ball. This role is based in MongoDB's Austin, TX office. What You'll Do Content Development & Executive Support - Develop executive-quality decks, documents, and presentation content for FinOps leadership meetings, All Hands, offsites, and other CFO presentations - Take rough direction or early-stage ideas and translate them into polished, clearly structured narratives ready for a senior audience - Support earnings prep and Board meeting content development as part of the quarterly
